What do you think about what you have been reading in Blubber since the last time we talked about it? Are you surprised by anything in the book? Is there anything interesting you noticed about the characters? Did they change in any way?

At the end of the book, Jill and Wendy stopped being friends. The next day, Wendy and Linda became friends and nobody was Jill's friend. It made me feel sad that nobody is Jill's friend, even though the previous day, Wendy locked Linda in the class closet.Jill helped her out of the closet during a so called "trial" at lunch. Also Jill and Tracy got recodnized in the halloween prank. They had to rake Mr. Macnich's backyard. In the book,on a Saturday, Jill and Linda ended up at the same Bar Mitzfah. Worse! Jill's brother and Linda became friends! Jill,Linda and Kenny sat at the same table. It was a really good book.
I know that jill and wendy will get mad at eachother and will not be friends.
